TripleJR Land Service is a family-owned land clearing and site preparation company serving North Carolina and South Carolina. Founded in 2020 by the Raines family (John Raines Jr., Sr., and Jolene Raines – the “Triple JR” namesakes), the company provides end-to-end land services: they clear heavily wooded land down to the roots (trees, brush, stumps removed), perform precise grading and earthmoving, demolish and haul away unwanted structures, and trench for utilities like water and power. With main operations based near Charlotte, NC and in York County, SC, TripleJR has earned a reputation for “build-ready” results – when they finish a job, the site is clean, level, and truly ready to build with no hidden debris or surprise issues. The Raines crew prides itself on honesty and quality; as a family legacy business, they live by the motto “Done Right or Not at All,” turning down jobs that aren’t a good fit rather than cutting corners.
