Selecting a convenient schedule is important, as walk-ins are generally no longer accommodated in most branches.
On the day of the appointment, applicants must bring at least one valid government-issued ID for identity verification. Upon arrival, they will have their biometrics captured — including fingerprints and a photo — and pay the corresponding processing fee. Clearances with “No Hit” results are typically released on the same day, while those flagged for further verification may take a few additional days.
