We teach high quality Taekwondo to kids, teenagers, adults and families in the Briargate and surrounding Colorado Springs area. We focus on key character disciplines such as respect, confidence, self-esteem, focus, perseverance, integrity and leadership. We encourage all of our students to rise above their obstacles and become the best version of themselves daily through intentional goal setting and planning for success. Our students will learn crucial self-defense by learning to avoid dangerous situations and how to protect themselves from physical threats. We teach anti-bullying techniques to defuse attempts and turn them into something more positive by understanding their triggers and having a pre-planned response. We Rise to our Dreams!
