You need not head to our studio to receive the lessons. However, we do provide Yoga pilates through physical classes. If you want to take the same up, you can come to our Balgowlah or Mona Vale studio. Here, you will get to meet our team of experts who would impart the classes. Besides, our studios include showers, bathrooms, change rooms and lockers. Additionally, you will also get a parking spot for your convenience.

Apart from staying fit with Yoga, if you want to become a teacher, you can join our 200 hour yoga training session as well. Here, our personal trainers will help you achieve the well-being you desire. In addition, you will learn to train others as a teacher. However, if you cannot come to our studio, you can take it online. If you are interested in becoming a Yin Yoga teacher, we will help you become the same as well.
